When will my order be shipped? 
If you order on weekdays before noon, we will ship your order the same day. If you order on Friday after 12:00 or during the weekend, we will process and ship your order on Monday. If we cannot deliver your order (on time), we will contact you within 1 business day. 
 
What are the shipping costs? 
All orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered free of charge.  
Shipping costs for orders placed outside The Netherlands and Belgium are €10 
 
How will my order be shipped? 
All our orders are shipped with DPD or when shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium by one of its partners. All orders can be tracked via Track & Trace.
