You have 14 days to return your items, starting from the day you receive them.
When returning a product, please include the original delivery note with your order number and full name.
A return label is added to your package. Return costs for orders placed in The Netherlands and Belgium are for free. Return costs for orders placed outside The Netherlands and Belgium are for your own costs. Please contact us to receive the return adress of our warehouse if your return is not from Belgium or the Netherlands.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item at info@azulae.com
What cannot be returned?
- Worn, used, damaged, or washed products
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Products without tags/original packaging
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and order the right size. We do not offer exchanges online or in-store.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@azulae.com
