Scan the QR code on the delivery note to easily register your return through our returns portal. Or register your return via the following link:

In the portal, you can create your own return label and will receive it by email. Print this label and include it with your return shipment.
Follow these steps:

Scan the QR code on the delivery note or go to the following link: https://www.futureship.io/return/order to register your return via the returns portal.

Select the items you wish to return and fill in the required information.

Print the return label you receive by email and include it in your package.

Place the new return label over the old shipping label or remove the old one.

Drop off the package at a DPD Parcel Shop near you. Find a point near you here:Â https://www.dpdgroup.com/nl/mydpd/parcel-shops

Take a photo of your label so you can track your package using the track & trace code.
Once we have received your return, we will process it and issue the refund. We aim to do this within 14 working days after receipt.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item at info@azulae.com
What cannot be returned?
- Worn, used, damaged, or washed products
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Products without tags/original packaging
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and order the right size. We do not offer exchanges online or in-store.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@azulae.com
